Our large family suite is ideally suited for families or a group of friends who want to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. This suite consists of two rooms, the first room has two twin beds and the second room has an extra large king-size bed. Each has its own coffee/tea station. The room sleeps up to four people.

Our beautiful and spacious luxury rooms offer large king-size beds and workstations as well as relaxing areas. Each room has its own charm: room five has an unforgettable bathroom with a clawfoot tub where you can soak up the bubbles and enjoy your favourite book while room four has its own secluded courtyard.

Our compact rooms are perfect for the budget traveller or those who are likely to spend most of their visit exploring the city. The cosy space is ideal for a single guest but a party of two would do just fine in the double bed. One of our compact rooms has its own private courtyard and the other boasts a beautiful stained glass door and private cove.
Our Facilities
OUR Policy
- In the event of a premature departure, the full stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 1 week of your stay will be charged 100% of your total rate.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your stay will be charged 50% of your total rate.
- Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to your stay will be charged 25% of your total rate.
- Please keep in mind, your booking is NOT confirmed until we have received proof of your payment.
- Our check-in times are between 14h00 and 19h00 daily. Please notify us of your arrival time so we can be sure to warmly settle you in.
- Rooms not occupied by 20h00 will be seen as a no-show unless a prior arrangement has been made.
- Check-out time is 10h30. A late check-out levy of R250 per room will be charged if no prior arrangements are made and confirmed by management.
- Rental of the complete guest house is available for up to 16 persons, with a minimum stay of 3 days. Please inquire about pricing.
- Please note that for security purposes you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
- We reserve the right to evict guests for harmful behaviour. We will not tolerate any discrimination based on race, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or disability.
- The interior of the guest house is a strictly non-smoking area. Guests are permitted to smoke outside in the garden area.
- Pets are not permitted although Guide Dogs are welcome.
- Right of admission is reserved.
- 84 on Fourth Guest House is insured for public liability.
