Our Facilities
- All of the rooms are uniquely decorated with their own private entrances. Each bed is fitted with pure cotton percale linens, flat-screen TV/DSTV, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, en-suite bathroom and free fibre wi-fi.

Policy
Bookings
• Best Price Guarantee: If you book with the guest house DIRECTLY we guarantee you the best price available!
• Bookings may be made by telephone, e-mail, or via Nightsbridge.
• When booking for more than one night, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the bill is required. Deposits are required within 48 hours of making the booking to secure the booking. When booking for one night only, a 100% payment in full is required.
• For short notice bookings, full payment is required to secure the booking.
• Guests are requested to check that booking details are correct on the confirmation email, and contact our team if there are any changes.
• Please note if you booked using a credit card you will be required to produce this credit card upon arrival for security purposes.
• 84 on Fourth is a VAT registered business and all of the rates are inclusive of the 14% VAT.
Cancellations
• In the event of a premature departure, the full stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• Failure of the guest to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the pre-payment.
• Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 60% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 40% of the deposit.
Check-in / Check-out
• Our check-in times are between 14h00 and 19h00 daily. Please notify us of your arrival time so we can be sure to warmly settle you in.
• Rooms not occupied by 20h00 will be seen as a no-show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
• Check out time is 10h30. A late check-out levy of R250 per room will be charged, if no prior arrangements are made and confirmed by management.
General
• Rental of the complete guest house is available for up to 18 persons, with a minimum stay of 3 days. Please inquire for pricing.
• Please note that for security purposes you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
• We reserve the right to evict guests for harmful behavior. We will not tolerate any discrimination based on race, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or disability.
• The interior of the guest house is a strictly non smoking area. Guests are permitted to smoke outside in the garden area.
• Pets are not permitted although Guide Dogs are welcome.
• Right of admission is reserved.
• 84 on Fourth Guest House is insured for public liability.
